Rules for using FlyWithUs and booking travel services through our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By using FlyWithUs, you agree to these terms and all policies linked from the website.
  • If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place a booking.
  • FlyWithUs may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Bookings and Prices

  • Prices are shown per person unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • Prices, taxes, availability, inclusions, baggage, hotel rooms, and package details may change until the booking is confirmed.
  • A booking is confirmed only after successful payment or admin confirmation and receipt of a booking reference.
  • FlyWithUs may correct obvious pricing, display, or availability errors before confirming a booking.

Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate traveller names, contact details, travel dates, identity documents, visa details, and payment information.
  • You are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, health requirements, and destination rules.
  • FlyWithUs is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer information or missing travel documents.

Third-Party Travel Providers

  • Flights, hotels, transport, activities, insurance, and holiday services may be operated by third-party providers.
  • Provider rules, fare conditions, cancellation charges, refund timelines, and check-in policies apply in addition to FlyWithUs policies.
  • FlyWithUs helps coordinate support but does not control airline, hotel, immigration, weather, or government decisions.

Use of Website

  • Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, scrape data, or interfere with site operations.
  • FlyWithUs may suspend accounts, cancel suspicious bookings, or restrict access if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.
